The interface is straightforward and easy to use, and provides fields for the name, address, phone numbers and email addresses, as well as a notes field that can be used for all other information that you want to associate with the contact. The program also provides a detailed search feature, as well as a built-in birthday calendar with reminder option, that can alert you of upcoming birthdays in advance. ContactKeeper allows you to print contact information but lacks import and export functionalities.
